A new year - new ideas?

At 7 pm on Thursday, 2 February 2023, the Waltham on the Wolds and Thorpe Arnold Biodiversity Group will be holding a meeting in the Harry Hunt Room at Waltham Village Hall (Goadby Road). Please join us to discuss ideas for promoting nature and biodiversity in the two villages.

In 2022 we received a £1000 grant from Tesco for one or more projects involving the residents of both villages. At the meeting, we will decide the topic we want to work on, who is available to help and how to organise the project.

The chosen topic has to

- benefit everyone living in Waltham and Thorpe Arnold
- be accessible to young and old
- be practical and hands-on
- be suitable for one person, a family or a group
- be appropriate for homes, even those with only a small or no garden

We have to conclude the project before the end of August 2023.

Come along and share your ideas! The bar will be open for a drink.
