Temporary Lights on A607 - water repairs

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed works with 2 sets of temporary lights at the above location.

The restrictions within close proximity of each other is necessary for safety so Severn Trent Water can repair 2 burst water mains and restore local service supplies. Due to engineering difficulties both sites need to remain opened simultaneously when pressurising each respective main in case the other main should burst again.

The restrictions have been in place as of 20th November and it is hoped that the necessary work will be completed by 25th November 2024
